  I have no confidence in A New Way Realty. Owner / Manager Sandra Goetze has very poor customer service and communication skills. Her staff is also unresponsive to simple inquires and requests. I attempted to speak to Sandra Goetze (an Ordained Minister too!) over the phone today about her client and our mutually agreed property management stipulation and she started screaming and shrieking. It was a terrible thing to behold. She hung up on me. Now I have no choice but to notify her client that Sandra Goetze's stewardship and management of his property has immense legal exposure and his interests have been marginalized. Unethical conduct by a realtor is reportable to the California Board of Realty, but it's their policy to not enforce violations or levy sanctions. I went by A New Way Realty Office today but it looks like they moved out. Speaking with her staff, I learned they currently don't have an office to work out of!! MY ADVICE------DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SANDRA GOETZE BECAUSE SHE HAS ISSUES.
